I am Marc Sonzone, founder of Soulful Mirror, a holistic wellness practice devoted to guiding Your Journey Within.

 

There was a time I lived from the outside in, chasing safety, success, and identity in a world that never seemed to slow down. When life cracked me open, I was invited inward. What I found was not hopelessness, but a deeper truth waiting to be remembered.

Through years of Inner Work, Therapeutically Informed practices, Somatic Healing, Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Energy Work, I began to untangle the old patterns that kept me small. I discovered that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you have always been beneath the conditioning, the pain, and the protective layers built over time.

Soulful Mirror is the living reflection of that journey.

​

It is a space to soften and return to yourself. A place where healing is approached with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the wisdom already within you. Here, growth is not forced and transformation is not rushed. Together, we create space for regulated release, deeper self awareness, and lasting change.

I work with those who feel stuck in the in-between. Those navigating recovery, life transitions, emotional patterns, or the quiet ache of disconnection. Those who sense there is more available to them and are ready to explore what stands in the way.

Using Therapeutically Informed approaches, Somatic Healing, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Energy Work, Spiritual Guidance, Body Movement, and Higher Self Awareness, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves.  Allowing space to cultivate resilience and creating lives that feel more aligned, meaningful and alive.

Together, we explore what has been buried, listen for what is true and begin the beautiful work of coming home.
